Inspection of civil and industrial objects construction.
With the increase of the number of development and construction companies the problem of quality of construction services rendered becomes most topical. In his struggle for the client, the building contractor gives the shortest terms of work performance. At the same time the quality of work performed either not discussed at all or stays in the background.
The quality of construction services performed as a rule arises after a lapse of time when cracks, faults and other defects appear.
Performing repair and reconstruction works is very expensive. Such costs can several times exceed those concerned with attracting to the construction outside organizations committing themselves with technical control over construction.

- Control over compliance of materials used with the requirements of design documentation.

- Control of construction terms, timely ordering and terms of materials and equipment supply.
- Control of contactors observation of techniques and recommendations of building materials and equipment manufacturers.
- Control of availability and accurate keeping of operating documents (general works log, welding works log, reinforcing works log etc.) including statements, operating schemes etc. (acc. to client’s requirement and on agreement with contractor).
Estimation of existing constructions:
- Engineering survey and estimation of construction.
- Assessment of possibility and expediency of reconstruction, re-planning and completion.
- Condition survey of foundations.
- Condition survey of roofing.
- Condition survey of separate assemblies, building structures and premises with issue of technical conclusion.
